The Essential Cafe & Bistro in Elkhorn will be serving dinner before the show on: May 10, 11, 17, & 18. Doors open at 5:45p.m.
Menu: Port Rosemary Lamb - tender pieces of Lamb (from the leg) cooked to perfection, then sauteed in Joanne's signature Port-Rosemary sauce over
Farfalle pasta. Price: $16.50.
Lemon-Tarragon Chicken - tender (antibiotic/hormone free) chicken breast, lightly breaded in panko breadcrumbs, then baked in a sauce of fresh lemons, fresh tarragon, garlic and chardonnay, then baked. Cost $14.99.
Vegan/Vegetarian - Sauteed vegetables, spinach, swisschard, fresh basil, tomatoes, mixed peppers and pine nuts in EVOO & Pinot Grigio over farfalle pasta, then sprinkled with Parmigiano/Reggiano imported cheese. Cost $13.50.
